Dear Freind,
I have a simple question for you. Have you ever thought about why we have a natural hunger and thirst for almost everything under the sun but not for the Word of God Almighty? We are filled with so many questions about who we are, why we are here and where we are going! We are, all too often, so excited look into every tasty philosophy available to find the answers but not into the faithful word of our faithful creator.
Well friend, please allow me to poke that bear for a moment, if you will. Might I suggest to you that the primary reason for this is our natural inability to initially understand the Truth contained therein. The Truth that has been hidden in the wide open since nearly the beginning of time. The Lord God Almighty has not withheld all the information that we need, but moreover, the enemy of our souls has blinded our eyes since the fall in the garden when Satan first suggested that God was withholding something necessary from Adam and Eve. Looking for a weak spot, Satan's cunning approach was to ask Eve, "Has God really said". If that were not sufficient in itself, Satan, then coupled the question with a lie. This is how it went down...
“Now the serpent was more crafty than any other beast of the field that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?” And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden, but God said, ‘You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.’” But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die". For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate.” Genesis 3:1-6 ESV

The Lord God Almighty has appointed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness. That day is fast approaching. John 5:28-29 NKJV [28] Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice [29] and come forth—those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation. The Holy Bible makes it clear that we have ALL fallen short of God's glory and the wage of OUR SIN is DEATH. Romans 3:23 / Roman’s 6:23 Basically, if we do not repent of OUR SIN and obey the gospel message, we be dead men and women walking. The Holy Bible also says this... John 3:18 NKJV “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. As well as... John 3:36 NKJV He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” Also... Luke 13:3 NKJV I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish. I have great hope that you will choose life, blessing and the favor of God upon you and your family that is found only in Jesus the Christ. There are passages in the New Testament of God's Holy Word that look back to the days of Noah when he was building the ark. His very activity throughout his life was a testimony of impending judgement and an offer of SALVATION. The Holy Bible says that the general public just carried on eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage and did not heed the warning. (The writing on the wall so to speak) Then the day came when God Himself closed and sealed the door of the ark after those many years of testimony. The flood waters came indeed and all but 8 were swept away in destruction. These 8 and the contents of the ark rose above death and destruction and were SAVED!! The Holy Bible says it will be like this in the day that the Lord Jesus returns. The offer of salvation in Jesus the Christ is Holy and True. Worthy of all acceptance. Please get in the boat. Please get on board with the Lord Jesus and rise above the impending judgement. Experience NOW the Joy and confidence of knowing Him personally. Even through the stormy times of great challenges and all the afflictions of this life! Please read if you will... (Genesis chapters 6 and 7) (Isaiah 54:5-10) (Matthew 24:36-39) (Luke 17:26-30) (Hebrews 11:6-7) (1 Peter 3:18-22) (2 Peter 3:1-9) If today you hear His voice, harden not your heart. If you believe the report and you are convinced that you are completely undone and currently destined to eternal destruction, for your personal sin alone, then simply thank Him for taking your punishment upon the cruel cross. Simply ask Him, Lord Jesus, please give me a new heart. Please take control of my life. Please lead me into all good things. Help me leave my brokenness and wretchedness behind. Please forgive me for my rebellion against You. I believe You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God. Please lead me to the victory through your death, burial and resurrection.
